The company in business since 1884.
After the founder death, the owner was Pierre Thier Jr.(1884 - 1962).
Later, one more Pierre Thier(1914 - 1997) and Louie Thier(1910 - 1985) got in business.
In 1985, the company was sold to present owner Gilles Reynewaeter.
