Dame Stoddard & Kendall, Boston, Trademark "HUB".

This firm (c.1881-1901) grew out of Bradford & Anthony (D & A) which had been formed in 1856. They were at 374 Washington Street, Boston, Massachusetts.
The trademark "HUB" was used on their cutlery products. The name of the firm was changed to Dame Stoddart & Company in 1901.
The blade is 5/8, square point, hollow ground.
There's some pitting on the blade.
